Tonight’s dinner was based off of a tip I saw on a cooking show. I used chicken tenders, which are smaller meaning they cook faster and there are eight to ten of them in the package, easily feeding the whole family. The other basic ingredients are flour, egg wash, Rice Krispies and oil.
I bet you already know the process. Heat the oil, dredge in flour, then the egg wash and then the Rice Krispies. Put the Krispies through a food processor first, and make them into a find dust much like breadcrumbs.
I served mine with some boxed pasta and canned green beans. Chicken goes good with anything, so pick your family’s favorite sides and go with what works. This dinner only take about fifteen minutes to cook up, and is a instant hit.
