I have to apologize for today’s post. We ate out tonight….and worse, it was pizza! I know, I know…terrible. But, we don’t eat out very often and we got together with family, so what can I say. This is a perfect time to talk about moderation. Nothing is forbidden, so long as you take everything in moderation. It would be just crazy (and, dangerous to you diet) to ban any one food (say, chocolate or carbs), instead eat small pieces occasionally of the bad food.
A little treat now and then keeps us young. A little chocolate now and then keeps Mommy happy, and you all know the saying…If Mommy ain’t happy, ain’t nobody happy!
