The Pantry

“The Pantry” refers to the staples you keep in your kitchen. This is often the things you use the most and the go-to things for an easy meal. This list is my pantry, as I expand my pantry I will share it with you. I would love feedback on what your favorite pantry items are!

 

DRY GOODS

  • Crushed Tomatoes
  • Olives
  • Flour (Unbleached & Whole Wheat)
  • Sugar (Granulated, Brown, and Powdered)
  • Sea Salt
  • Peppercorns
  • Assortment of spices/seasonings: Cumin, Paprika, Grill seasoning, Seafood seasoning, cinnamon, nutmeg, onion powder, chili powder, ceyenne….
  •  Olive Oil, Veggie Oil, Sesame Oil, Peanut Oil
  • Assortment of Vinegars (Balsamic, Rice Wine, Red Wine)
  • Garlic
  • Canned Veggies (Low or No Salt Added)
  • Instant Rice
  • Instant Potatoes
  • Flavored/Boxed Rice and Pastas

FREEZER

  • Cheese Tortellini
  • Spinach
  • Whole Wheat Bread
  • Peas

FRIG

  • Veggies (Squash, Zucchini, Mushrooms, Salad Mix, Cherry Tomatoes, Peppers)
  • Pesto
  • Pizza Sauce
  • Turkey Pepperoni
  • Cheese
  • Smoked Sausage
